At mundo.abstrakto we value and protect the personal data of everyone who visits and contacts us. This policy explains how we collect, use, store and protect your information, in line with Colombia's Law 1581 of 2012 and Decree 1377 of 2013 on personal data protection (habeas data).

01What we collect
- Contact details you share voluntarily via the form, WhatsApp, email or social media: name, email, phone and the message or idea you send.
- Browsing data collected anonymously through cookies and analytics tools (Google Analytics): pages visited, time on site, device, approximate location and traffic source.
02How we use it
- To answer your questions and schedule or confirm sessions.
- To send you information you request about the studio and its work.
- To understand how the site is used and improve it (aggregated statistics).
We never sell your data or use it for purposes other than those described here.

This site uses first- and third-party cookies. Google Analytics cookies help us measure traffic anonymously. On entry you will see a notice where you can accept or reject analytics cookies; by default they remain off until you accept them (consent mode). You can change your choice by clearing your browser cookies or reloading the site.
04Processors & third parties
To run the site, some data may be processed by providers acting as processors under their own privacy policies: Google (Analytics), Cloudflare (hosting & security), Meta/WhatsApp (messaging). These providers may store information on servers outside Colombia; by using the site you authorize such transfer with appropriate safeguards.

You can exercise any of these rights by writing to mundo.abstrakto@gmail.com with your request and a detail that identifies you. We will respond within the terms set by law.

We keep your data only for as long as needed for the purposes described or while a legal obligation exists, applying reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect it.
08Minors
Tattooing is a service for adults. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
09Changes to this policy
We may update this policy to reflect legal or site changes. The current version is always published here with its update date.
