We live surrounded by noise. Thoughts, stimuli, screens and responsibilities take up much of our attention. Little by little we stop hearing what happens within us. But the body does not forget: the body remembers.

That is why this space is born; an invitation to return. To slow down. To breathe slower. To inhabit silence. Sound vibration becomes a tool to regulate, order and release the tensions we carry.

Through group sound baths and individual sessions we explore vibration to induce deep rest, release tension and return to the body with greater presence. We use bowls, gongs, bells, drums and other ancestral instruments to create soundscapes that invite the nervous system to relax and the mind to find clarity.

No prior experience needed. Just come open to listening to yourself.
